Challenge

To increase conversion rate, AOV, and customer retention across a broad catalog of wellness supplements spanning weight management, bone and joint health, cognitive support, and more.

Solution

A personalized eCommerce experience built around data-driven optimization and smart retention tools. OctaneAI quizzes were deployed to guide shoppers toward the right supplement for their specific health goals, improving relevance and purchase confidence. Rebuy was implemented to deliver targeted cross-sells and upsells throughout the customer journey, increasing basket size.

Recharge subscriptions and Loyalty Lion rewards were introduced to incentivize repeat purchases and deepen customer relationships. A/B testing, heatmap analysis, and UX improvements were applied across product pages, landing pages, and checkout flows to systematically remove friction and lift conversions.

Results

Conversion rate increased by 28% in a single round of improvements, driven by ongoing analytics tracking across CVR, RPV, AOV, and LTV. Average order value grew through strategically placed personalized product recommendations, while customer lifetime value more than doubled following the rollout of subscriptions and loyalty rewards. SMS revenue surged by over 10X after launching Attentive across Shopify storefronts, establishing a powerful new direct-to-consumer revenue channel that meaningfully contributed to overall growth.
